CREATOR / CURATOR

AROCK is a curator and creator who stands by the notion that any idea can be realized. The music industry innovator, husband, father, and friend took BPM Music from an idea into the lives of every working DJ in the music industry. AROCK started as a local radio station DJ and continued working as a professional DJ throughout most of his early adulthood before shifting his focus to digital evolution in the early 2000s.

Today, he is at the intersection of music, design, tech, and pop culture. As he grows into the second half of his career, his focus lies on creating experiential design that empowers the creative community. His creative journey is also actively shaped at PORTO ROCHA, where he collaborates under the guidance of renowned creative directors Leo Porto and Felipe Rocha. Recognized globally for shaping culture through design that bridges bold aesthetics with human storytelling, PORTO ROCHA continues to sharpen AROCK’s ability to merge creativity, innovation, and cultural impact.

He also deepened his design perspective through Aprender Design, studying with Inês Ayer, a Forbes 30 Under 30 designer with experience at AKQA and Pentagram, whose teachings emphasized strategy, constraints, and the pursuit of purposeful outcomes. Guided by some of the most influential voices in contemporary design, AROCK continues to shape work that blends creativity and strategy with a lasting influence on culture. These principles define his approach today.
